Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

You may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for free returns. If you wish to return for any other reason, return shipping charges will apply.

A full unboxing video is mandatory in case of a defective/damaged product received— starting from the package seal being opened. This helps us raise a claim with our delivery partner.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

2.Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

3.Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.

4.After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the refund or exchange.

Returns Not Accepted If:

The product is used, without tags, or not in its original condition.

There's no unboxing video or proof of defect.

The request is made after 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
